If something urgent happens at your property, let us know as soon as possible.
We’ll help where we can and guide you to the right next steps if it’s something outside our scope.


🆘 Examples of emergencies we can help coordinate:

  • A guest is locked out or unable to access the property

  • Water leak, power outage, or damage reported by the guest

  • Cleaner arrives and finds something unsafe or unexpected

  • Emergency trades or urgent on-site access is needed


⚠️ Situations we can’t directly handle:

  • Police, fire, or medical emergencies

  • Structural issues or serious damage requiring insurance

  • Physical safety threats or criminal activity

In these cases, contact emergency services or your building management immediately. After that, keep us updated.

If it’s urgent, send us a message and mark it as high priority.
We’ll respond as quickly as possible and help coordinate the next steps.
