How to sign up for Auntybnb services and what to expect after submitting your form.

Getting started with Auntybnb is simple

We work with both new and experienced Airbnb hosts. Whether you're after cleaning, guest messaging, or both, here’s how to begin.


🟢 Step 1: Visit our onboarding page

Go to auntybnb.com/hello

You’ll see two service options: Front Desk and Housekeeping.

  • For Front Desk, you can start your subscription directly from the page. After signing up, you’ll be redirected to a short onboarding form where we collect your property and calendar details.

  • For Housekeeping, you’ll go straight to our onboarding form. It only takes a few minutes.


🟢 Step 2: Fill out the form

Tell us about your property, access instructions, service preferences, and contact details.

If you're a Front Desk customer, you can also include calendar and guidebook info.

We usually respond within 1 business hour.​

🟢 Step 3: Aunty gets in touch

After you submit the form, our team will review your details and reach out quickly. If anything is missing, we’ll follow up to finalise your setup.

If you manage multiple properties and need help getting started, feel free to mention that in your form. We’ll tailor your onboarding from there.
