Not every clean is the same.
Here’s how our Housekeeping service compares to Deep Cleans, and when a property might require something more.


🧼 Housekeeping

Performed on every Airbnb check-out:

  • Kitchen wiped and cleaned (benches, stovetop, sink, microwave, fridge)

  • Bins emptied and liners replaced

  • Bathroom cleaned (toilet, shower, basin, mirrors)

  • Bed made with available linen

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Cushions reset, light tidy

  • Skirting boards wiped down

  • Window sills dusted

  • Light outdoor areas checked and tidied

  • Outdoor furniture wiped down (if applicable)

  • High-touch areas cleaned (e.g., light switches, door handles, cabinet knobs)

  • Post-clean report with photos


🧽 Deep Clean

Recommended every 2-3 months, or before your first clean with Aunty.

Includes everything in Housekeeping, plus:

  • Oven and rangehood cleaning

  • Detailed cleaning of high-touch or problem areas (e.g., light switches, door handles, cabinet knobs, grout lines, appliance interiors)

  • Removal of build-up (soap scum, grime, etc.)

We’ll remind you when a Deep Clean is due and can schedule it with your next available window.


🔴 Beyond Deep Clean

Rare situations where a property needs more than just time and detail:

  • Party aftermath or excessive mess

  • Heavy rubbish left throughout

  • Soiling, pet damage, or smoke smells

  • Guest overstays without prior cleaning

  • Deep mould, stains, or strong odours

  • Furniture rearrangement or reorganisation required

  • Post-renovation dust or debris

  • Biohazard cleaning (e.g., bodily fluids)

  • Post-construction mess (e.g., paint splatter, sawdust)

  • Extreme clutter requiring multiple cleaners

  • Condition unfit for cleaner to complete the job in one visit

These are quoted case by case. We’ll always send photos and confirm next steps with you first.
